Educating parents on Baby's Developmental Milestones and Stimulation exercise. Detecting and Monitoring of Baby's developmental milestones for timely corrective action.

Problem Statement :

Due to Lack of Awareness Baby's developmental issues are not spotted early enough and even if identified not treated due to ease of access to domain experts.
Once child crosses 5 years it become difficult to cure the problem.
These problems have been amplified during Covid due to lack of Socialization and Mobility

Our Philosophy

Our Methodology

In order to educate and guide the parents of newborn babies about the Milestones their child should achieve from birth to 3 months, 3 to 6 months, 6 to 9 months, 9 to 12 months and 12 to 15 months , SDF has developed necessary Multimedia content in Indian regional languages such as Hindi, English, Marathi, Gujarati etc. This Multimedia content has been Integrated with “Siddh Divyang Platform” and disseminated thru our Interactive Mobile App "Healthy Baby".

Our Approach

For Content Development:

We have developed relevant Multi Media Content for guiding the parents of new born baby about Milestones to be achieved in the Indian context. All contents are getting developed under guidance and supervision of a team of Doctors and domain experts from Pune's KEM hospital’s TDH Center for Neonatal children.

Our Solution

Solution is implemented through Interactive Mobile app. which is uploaded in Google Play store and can be downloaded by the parents at no cost. Parents will be guided thru Multimedia content in different regional languages such as English, Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati for:

1. What Milestones should be achieved by their baby in 0 to 3 months, 3 to 6 months , 6 to 9 months, 9 to 12 months and 12 to 15 months.

2. If the baby is analyzed for developmental delay in particular milestone, what stimulation/corrective activities they should carry out at home for improvement.

3. What are the most critical milestones baby should achieve if not achieved they should immediately contact the domain expert. See the list below.

Joint Inititive

Two agencies has joined hand for development and implementation of the project:

a) KEM Hospital Pune - Provide domain specific content in Marathi, Hindi and English as per their guidlines.
